Very good

I appreciated this great modern and well priced place, stayed there for 1 night. The staff were really friendly and efficient and offered guidance. I asked for single room and it was bright with good view.

Didn't like the area, it was not so great.

I arrived late but was greeted warmly and shown to my Economy Single Room, immaculate. The next day, a staff member kindly walked me to the bus stop for Ani Ruins, showcasing excellent hospitality. I appreciated the help with finding an ATM on my way out. It.

disappointing shower

Warm welcome and helpful staff exceeded my expectations.

The shower situation was unacceptable, as there was no enclosed cabin, forcing me to shower over the toilet. The front desk was a complete disaster. They misplaced our belongings, and I had to spend hours resolving the mess.

I had a lovely night here. the reception was super friendly and even helped me find a nearby ATM. I enjoyed some downtime in the cozy lounge area after a long day exploring, and the shower had great water pressure to help me unwind. One downside was the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was still fresh and filling. 😊

Absoluteley, I had such high hopes for this place but was met with an ashtray in my non-smoking room and a bathroom so tiny, I thought I was in a closet. I woudl ve been satisfied, if only I'd received a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Regrettably, I just couldn't recommend this hotel, despite all my expectations.

I had a great stopover at kent ani. I was really surprised by the warm welcome and helpful staff who even arranged a taxi to ani. It definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in the city.

The Economy Double Room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable, a plus. There was a kettle, but no bottled water provided. Breakfast options were limited, probably because it was a quiet period. The location was good, just a short walk to Kars Castle and local markets.
